We are officially less than one week away from tryouts and the start of practice here in the state of Indiana. Fans in this state follow high school basketball passionately enough that they generally know the top players in the state. The Mr. Basketball candidates are well known. Most people could put together their prediction for what the Indiana All-Star team will look like. Even some of the top underclassmen are household names as they are being recruited by top high-major programs. However, most folks are going to be very familiar with the incoming freshman class. Due to the success of our annual Prep Hoops Indiana Freshman Showcase, we have a great handle on the young prospects. Let's take a look at some of the top names you will be hearing about right away this winter.
