<p>Moore should be a solid addition to the Kinston High rotation in 2022-23. He led Parrot Academy this past season with 21.2 ppg along with 3.5 apg and 2.2 rpg. He's an underrated name that can go in the 2023 class.</p>

<p>After two years at Wayne Prep, Latham looks ready to turn a corner as a two-headed monster in the Goldsboro High frontcourt alongside Takorrie Faison. He's an athletic forward that plays with a ton of energy and is also an underrated shooter when given space.</p>

<p>Cave joins a talented Northwood Temple Academy rotation coming off a strong Fab40 ENC Camp performance that saw him take home the MVP award. He was a face in the Wallace-Rose Hill rotation this past season and is due to make quite the splash in the Eagles rotation on the NCISAA stage.</p>

<p>Santos makes the jump from Corinth Holders High over to Raleigh Christian given them quite a young, talented group to work with in 2022-23. He posted 7.5 ppg, 7.4 rpg and 1.3 bpg as a freshman on varsity. He's a big man that's learning how to play with mobility on both ends of the floor and should be worth tracking in the Eagles' frontcourt.</p>
