Expo season is here! For the first time ever, the Expo makes its debut in Nevada, at Jam On it Sports complex located at 2100 Olympic Ave, Henderson, NV 89014. The event featured instruction and a whole lot of gameplay, as each camper got an opportunity to play four full-length games. The event provided a terrific platform for players to get out, get seen and put themselves on the Prephoops rankings radar. With the upcoming rankings on the way, the event was a terrific opportunity for players to boost their stock. In this article, we take a look at the top stockrisers from the event.

[player_tooltip player_id='1587899' first='Jalen' last='Butler'] 6'2 CG Shadow Ridge 2025 (#28PHN 2025) - I knew Butler was good, but I didn't realize he was this good. On the surface, he was simply ranked too low because of lack of exposure. His offensive skill set can best be described as advanced, and he showed it off during the Expo. I love guys that can create shots for themself off the bounce, and Butler consistently did that on Sunday. Look for him to make a significant jump when the 2025 rankings come out.

[player_tooltip player_id='1492605' first='Rylan' last='Hearns'] 6'3 SG Faith Lutheran 2026 - The 2026 rankings haven't been released yet, but Hearns will go from a player I never heard of, to a guy that is threatening to make it into the top 10. He has an intangible quality that I like about his game, call it confidence, swagger, or moxie, he has It. The key will be how well he defends, and if he keeps this level of play up during the high school season. He's only a freshman, and he's playing for a 5A school so there's no guarantee that he will get varsity minutes, however, if he is playing JV, I expect to see him making a huge impact at that level.

[player_tooltip player_id='1593428' first='Cameron' last='Kiper'] 5'10 PG Mater East 2025 (featured image) - I really liked Kiper's game. He is a natural PG and has a wiggle and good vision. He looked like the type of point guard that others would enjoy playing with, as Kiper was unselfish and did a good job of getting easy shots for teammates. He comes from way off the radar, as I have never heard of him or his school, however as they say prospects bring scouts, so expect for me to be making a trip East to Mater.

[player_tooltip player_id='1105246' first='David' last='Bailey'] 6'4 PF Arbor View 2024 - Bailey is an unranked player, that I have seen a few times so not sure how much he will move up, but he will definitely rise. His body looks better, as he seems like a slimmed-down version of himself. This has gone to help him play better, as he was one of the best rim runners I saw at the event. In addition to his motor, he also showed decent hands, catching tough passes on the run, and finishing around the rim.

[player_tooltip player_id='1284099' first='Jack' last='Walker'] 6'2 SF Boulder City 2025 (#51PHN 2025) - In a weird quirk, Walker may be stockriser without actually rising in the rankings. He is currently ranked as my 51st player in the class of 2025, but that was based on only seeing him briefly as a freshman for 3A powerhouse Boulder City. The first thing I noticed about him during the expo was how improved his body looked, the second was his skill. Even when I saw him last year, he was a faceup four type that was constantly trying to put the ball on the floor. At the expo he did similar things, however, he looked quicker doing them. I really like how they develop players at BC and believe that with continued hard work, Walker could be a player that continues to rise over the next couple of years.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DCep00mlgXE

2nd Annual Las Vegas Middle School Combine
