Williamston wasn’t victorious, but Hunt certainly left his mark. There is just a lot to like about what he brings to the table as a prospect and the upside in his game. Hunt uses his length well on the defensive end. He walls up and challenges shots in the lane, but he can also swallow smaller players on the dribble drive. Hunt showed that he was comfortable working with his back to the basket as well as facing the rim.

Hunt has some very real upside to his game. He can stay active on the glass and influence a game from there. Hunt has the ability to step out beyond the arc and fill it up, effectively stretching the floor.

Hunt has the chance to really make some noise this high school season. He can let his defense set the tone for the rest of his game. Hunt is a very solid defender that plays vertically in the paint and defends the rim. He’s a fun player to watch offensively as he can get in the open floor and finish from the wing.
