Young was the primary ball handler for his Fury team, running the offense like a well-oiled machine. He knocked down a few jump shots but found most of his success attacking and either going up with a shot or kicking out to an open jump shooter. Young was also a very good defender all game. He picked up full court, applying pressure and poking the ball loose a few times to spark a fast break. Young was active on the glass as well, rebounding well as a point guard.

Alex led his team to a hard fought win on Friday night, being the go-to scoring option for most of the game. He did the majority of his damage from the perimeter, being able to connect with tough looks from three. He could pull-up off the dribble right over a defender or hit catch-and-shoot looks off balance or with a hand in his face. He also showed off his speed with some strong takes to the basket where he could attack and go up through traffic.
