There were quite a few 2023 prospects that helped their college stock at Ridgewood. We look at some of them here in Ridgewood Live Event: 2023 Stock Boosters Pt 2!

[player_tooltip player_id="1113521" first="Zack" last="Hawkinson"] (Sacred Heart Griffin)

Hawkinson lit up the state finals back in March. In our first eval of him since then the combo forward picked up right where he left off. He was effective inside using positioning to score. Hit the offensive glass for second chance points. What stood out the most however was how well he passed the ball from inside 15 feet. Remarkable how many dimes he had from that area.

[player_tooltip player_id="989276" first="Grant" last="Welch"] (Moline)

Welch was lights out from deep. With so much attention on Freeman and Harding he had some open looks and he did not miss! The rising senior from Moline is a sharp shooting guard who belongs in the top tier of pure spot up shooters in the senior class.

[player_tooltip player_id="1215311" first="Nikola" last="Abusara"] (Benet)

Abusura is a versatile two way wing that we have been big fans of all spring. Can really defend all over the floor with his athleticism which also showed on straight line takes and transition scoring throughout the games we saw.

[player_tooltip player_id="1371085" first="Brady" last="Kunka"] (Benet)

Kunka had a solid showing as well against Moline. Nice small college prospect that can score from multiple levels on drives, pull ups, and spot up shots. Also crashed the offensive glass and overall would be a nice role player at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id="1215285" first="Matthew" last="Moore"] (Joliet West)

First of all he was with Hillcrest over the weekend. Shortly after Moore decided to make the move over to Joliet West for his senior campaign. Bouncy four man that plays well out of the dunker spot, is a plus offensive rebounder, and on occasion can drop in a three. Solid rebounder and versatile defender that is a no doubt low-major plus prospect.

[player_tooltip player_id="939078" first="Bryce" last="Tillery"] (Hillcrest)

Tillery is a compact lead guard that had several big moment in the game we saw. Pushed it in the open floor. Liked stop and pop mid-range jumpers along with floaters. Hit a big three at the end. Smaller guard, but gets the job done!

[player_tooltip player_id="1048315" first="Troy" last="Cicero"] (Romeoville)

In the game we saw Cicero struggled until the end of the game and then went on a spurt that was led by what he did on the defensive end. Active on ball defender at the point at the point getting steals and taking them the other way for points.

[player_tooltip player_id="1313851" first="Aaron" last="Brown"] (Romeoville)

Brown is a Joliet West transfer that brought high energy to the contest. He ran the floor very well, finished everything in the paint, connected on a baseline jumper, and worked well on quick drives from 12 feet in.

[player_tooltip player_id="1215317" first="Eli" last="Aldana"] (St. Viator)

Aldana is a creative ball handler that can really shoot it from his lead guard spot. The St. Viator point guard hit an array of threes in their win against Lane Tech including the game winning jumper from the corner as the buzzer expired.

[player_tooltip player_id="994687" first="Kaiden" last="Space"] (Simeon)

Space is going to fit in nicely at the other guard spot next to Griffith. The combo guard is a plus defender that can guard both ones and twos with his length. Good connector that can blend other pieces that the Wolverines have together. Makes shots is a solid passer.
