Although only standing roughly 5'7, Brown did not allow any easy buckets for opposing guards. His quick hands and no nonsense attitude consistently disrupted opponents. Although a point guard, Brown was dependable as a cutter and screener for the team's offensive flow. Perimeter shooting was certainly an area he has worked on, given his ability to hit shots well behind the college line. The combination of quick first step and powerful handle allowed Harris to get inside more often than not. What stood out about Harris was his selflessness and ability to leverage his scoring gravity to create easy shots for teammates. Harris is certainly a floor general or true point guard, capable doing the little things on offense to get his teammates into a flow. Standing at 5'11, Moore was automatic behind the arc coming off flares, curls, or stationary. His compact, quick release allowed him to garner tight defense which only worked from time to time. On defense Moore was one of the better help and on-ball defenders, thanks to his quick feet and hips. Along with that, he was handsy and never showed signs of backing down. Simply put, the combo guard is stone cold and is not fazed by anyone. <a href="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/ph/uploads/2022/05/IMG-0055-e1653949510928.jpg"><img class="wp-image-1469077 alignleft" src="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/ph/uploads/2022/05/IMG-0055-e1653949510928-210x300.jpg" alt="" width="150" height="214" /></a>Jaxon Toniolli - Amarillo Nets - Randall One of the higher IQ point guards this weekend, 6' Toniolli was excellent setting the pace and setting up his team for success. While there was not one skillset of his that stood out, he was dependable in a myriad of ways. Never being sped up by the defense, Toniolli consistently made the right passing or scoring read, without creating turnovers. The point guard was not just a passer either, he was more than capable rising up for a pullup, catch and shoot three, or getting to a short floater. Clearly he studies the game to a greater degree than most his age. Brandyn Doyle - Team Tru - McCluer North<a href="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/ph/uploads/2022/05/IMG-0032-e1653949038565.jpg"><img class="wp-image-1469057 alignright" src="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/ph/uploads/2022/05/IMG-0032-e1653949038565-291x300.jpg" alt="" width="190" height="196" /></a> Doyle proved to be an aggressive defender not only on-ball but equally so in help or press situations. Standing at 5'10, his low center of gravity was instrumental in creating chaos for opposing guards thanks to his stocky frame. His quick first step allowed him to get inside, forcing a rotation and in turn creating opportunities for shooters. He showed flashes as an off the dribble scorer during periods, although getting his consistency up will be influential for him as a lead guard.
