Ahmere Carson (EG10 17U)
Carson continues to impress each and every time he steps on the floor. The compact scoring combo guard can flat out get buckets. He hit a couple of threes but not quite as many as in Louisville. Not much elevation but he gets it off quick! Love his crafty scoring moves in the paint for points where he maneuvers his body for buckets. He also threw a pair of amazing long outlets that were one handed and on the money like a QB.
Devon Woods (EG10 17U)
Woods also impressed for EG10. Shifty guard that plays with burst in short spaces. He had his runner game going all day long when we saw him along with being able to consistently hit pull up shots from mid-range and three.
Alijah Adem (Chosen Few 17U)
Adem has high-major potential in the 2024 class. He was a wizard with the ball in his hands. Won off the dribble consistently and used acrobatics in the lane finishing for difficult and-1s. Definitely should be a name that HM’s look at early in process out of Nevada.
Jordan Malmlov (Minnesota Select 17U)
Malmlov was unconscious in their game on Saturday against Hoops 4 Health. It was some Steph Curry stuff going on with his ability to hit from long range as he drained nine of them in an OT win. Did it off the catch and pulling up. Also mixed in some drives and was a solid passer.
Kaden Magwood (Mac Irvin Fire 15U)
Magwood is out of Kentucky and we can see why there has been a lot of buzz about him early in the process. Silky smooth combo guard that can create off the bounce and score from all three levels. Moves well off the ball, feathery jumper, and got after it on the defensive end!
Treyton McCain (Iowa Barnstormers 16U)
McCain did a nice job for the Barnstormers running the show. This point guard was adept at pushing it in transition, getting others involved, and consistently knocking down shots from the perimeter. Stock is going up!
Max Shikenjanski (Minnesota Fury 17U)
This Minnesota Fury guard put on one of the top performances of the weekend. He was great at scoring from all three levels with scoop shots and layups at the rack, pull ups from 15-18 feet, and several three balls. Such a quick and accurate release as a shooter. Fun player to watch!
Anthony Doppler (North Dakota Phenom 17U)
Combo guard from the Dakota’s that can really play. All around playmaker that has a good feel for the game playing both on and off the ball. Solid defender that can knock down threes.
Jeremiah Fears (Hoops 4 Health 17U)
Fears is trending as one of the better 2025 point guards nationally. The kid is electric with the rock in his hands. Can get anywhere he wants on the floor with his change of direction and vision like a scat back. Deep range on his three point shot. Continues to show progress as a floor general as well.
Domanic Martinez (New Mexico D1 15U)
His team was overwhelmed in the game we caught, but this scrappy guard kept fighting. Quality shooter from three especially from the top of the key. Pesky defender and has a decent feel for getting his teammates the ball in position to do damage.
