Eglinton-Manner is an elite three-point shooter with a very quick release. He is always moving without the basketball coming off of off-ball screens and cutting lanes to open up scoring opportunities for him. Eglinton-Manner can hit shots off the dribble as he will look to break defenders down to create that extra bit of space. On defense, he has great timing on when to intercept passing lanes and stripping the ball away.

Eglinton-Manner can spread the floor out with his elite shooting touch and high release. At 6’3″ he can shoot over most defenders he goes up against and will not hesitate to shoot the ball if given just an inch of space. He has deep range and must be guarded the second he steps past half-court. Eglinton-Manner is automatic from the corners. When it comes to defense he will look to help and switch over to help double team or look to press and swarm you with his long arms to try and poke the ball free.

Eglinton Manner is already known for his impressive shooting touch but also knows how to run an offense. He makes clean bounce passes to cutting teammates keeping his eyes up at all times. His excellent transition ability is him making correct passes or going up for the shot himself. Since Eglinton Manner is a threat from deep, he can get into the paint with his tight handles and kick it out to open shooters.

Eglinton Manner has a high release with excellent range from beyond the arc. He hits contested three-point shots like it’s nothing which simply does not faze him to shoot more. There isn’t a shot that Eglinton Manner won’t take because he feels he is always open and it’s the defenders’ job to stop him from getting the ball. He loves the catch-and-shoot and can hit the pull-up three with ease.
