Long put it all together his Senior season, helping his team make a deep run in the playoffs. He showed he could be a productive player in and around the rim scoring and rebounding. He became more of a consistent player on the perimeter dribbling, passing and making the right decisions. He used his dribble drive to hit hard to block paint jumpers, he hit the 3ptr on occasion, and he had solid drives into the paint to challenge defenders at the rim. He’s a big guard with a good upside.

Long has stepped up in a big way this season. He’s a multi-skilled G/W who uses his height and vertical jump to score from different areas including in the paint. He’s playing with confidence while he actively looks to put points up in the flow. He’s dropping the mid-range jumper with some consistency, he can make 3’s in the corners. He’ll rebound, push pass or settle the offense up top.

He’s a big guard with a versatile set of skills that allows him to be a threat from different areas on the court. He’s been aggressive this early season. At 6’5 he’s long with good movements, he has good hops going after rebounds and blocking shots. He’s handling the ball, making good passes along the perimeter. He’s using his length to score inside. He’s taking and making his jump shot from mid-range and the 3-point line. 24pts, 3 blks,

The athletic Long helped lead Granada to its first State title appearance as a long wing who added scoring and defending. His length allowed him to guard multiple positions on the perimeter and in the post. He’s a hard cover in transition and in open space with his athleticism, and handles. He has an improving shot behind the arc, good lift on the mid-range and he can finish around the rim.

He’s a lengthy prospect with good ball handling ability. He made good decisions passing in transition, and into the post, with good bounce passes. Long can create shots for himself off the dribble, he has good lift on paint jumpers. He hit key corner 3’s. He defended on the perimeter, has the length to defend in the post, get rebounds and come out pushing it.
