Nic Borojevich (Swanton)
Borojevich has the green light to shoot and excelled in getting shots up against Fayette. Good mechanics and good footwork. Borojevich can get shots up off off the bounce and catch-and-shoot. Really sits down on the defensive end and can lockdown on-ball. Borojevich has a lot of upside and really leads this Swanton team as they look to contend in Division III.
Khalil Luster Khalil Luster 5'8" | PG Lima Senior | 2022 State OH (Lima Senior)
The senior guard has continued to put on a clinic for the Spartans and again played well against Lima Shawnee. The PG is a pest on the defensive end as he has elite speed and footwork to defend on the ball. He brings the speed on the offensive end additionally as Luster can blow by defenders with that explosive first step. His handle on the ball is crisp and controlled. Several media outlets have talked about Luster and his ability to play at the next level. I agree as Luster will make a college program happy for sure.
Brady Wheeler Brady Wheeler 5'11" | PG Lima Shawnee | 2022 State OH (Lima Shawnee)
Wheeler played a heck of a game against Lima Senior and was able to make plays at the right time. It seemed when the Braves needed someone to make a play, Wheeler was there. Green light to shoot the ball and can knock down those shots with some pressure defensively. With the success Lima Shawnee has had the last 2 years, I feel Wheeler is worth following and could be a steal for a D3 program looking to add a versatile guard.
Jayden Bennett (Middletown)
Bennett made this list not because he can score in volumes, but his playmaking outside of scoring. He made the right play and the smart play. Bennett has a good shooting stroke but in the Middies games against Princeton, he passed up on shots to get better looks for teammates. His passing is clean and crisp and he is willing to be unselfish to have a higher chance to score for Middletown. Bennett will likely be a key player down the stretch if Middletown wants to try and surprise people in the GMC and Division I.
