The smalls school shave talent and many of them have prospects that could crack a roster at the next level. With Utah’s talent pool increasing every year the small schools could be good finds for next level players.

1A

1.Panguitch High School (9-0)

6’6 C/F [player_tooltip player_id="1198727" first="Kyler" last="Bennett"] has been a beast in the small school that always puts together a run for state. Kyler has 4 double-doubles and he is tough. Look for him to get to 10 double-doubles this season at the pace he is going. Panguitch is tough because they also have, 6’1 Klyn Fullmer in that Class of 2023 who has been a tough bigger guard pounding player inside. 6’3 Tucker Chappell gives the Bobcats needed wing size.

2. Piute High School (8-0)

Pitue has a deep team that has players producing but their main scoring threat is 6’4 Brooks Dalton, 5’9 [player_tooltip player_id="1198753" first="Gavin" last="Morgan"] and 6’1 [player_tooltip player_id="1198766" first="Jaden" last="Westwood"]. These three guards will get to the rim and beat players off the bounce.

3. Bryce Valley High School (6-3)

Bryce valley is not too deep as the teams above them but they do get some good positive minutes form 6’0 [player_tooltip player_id="1191490" first="Brock" last="Syrett"] and 6’5 Myles Roberts. These two put together a great one-two-punch. An inside out duo that can hurt teams. 6’1 W Treyson Clark is that slashing wing that has been getting them some quality scoring.

4. Manila High School (6-3)

6’3 [player_tooltip player_id="1127138" first="Tuck" last="Davis"] has been stellar for Manila as they battle to keep pace with some of the schools above.

5. Diamond Ranch High School (3-4)

Diamond Ranch has had a tough schedule and they have been resilient as they battle with everyone. Diamond Ranch ha three prospects that can play in Andres Falaschini, John Langenbach and Mike McKeever.

2A

1.San Juan High School (8-2)

5’8 Ladd Ivins is having a great senior season leading the Broncos to an impressive start. Ladd can get going from the outside which will be a major need in state. 6’0 Jensen Grover has also been a great guard this season for San Juan.

2. Enterprise High School (9-1)

Matthew Ramos and Austin Thomas have been the foundation of enterprise building something special as they have a great record to show for it.

3. Kanab High School (6-1)

Kanab is getting major play from 5’7 Jordan Cornell who is lighting it up from all over the floor and especially from the outside. Great looking guard in the Class of 2023.

4. Rowland Hall St.Marks (8-2)

One of the few schools in the classification out in the city and they have played some bigger schools and had some good showings. Sam Andrew is different at 6’5. He is a double-double machine.

5. South Sevier High School

5’9 [player_tooltip player_id="1116090" first="Ridge" last="Tebbs"] has been fantastic this season averaging 17 PPG. It has positioned South Sevier well early this season. 6’2 Brayden Staples has also been great as the Rams have some guys that can really score.
