<p>5A is proving to be just as tough as 6A as teams like Orem and Olympus. 5A also has a lot of talent and various prospects that can play at the next level. With D1 players like [player_tooltip player_id="969630" first="Bron" last="Roberts"] and Jack Wistrcil to possible small school players that can land at some quality schools.</p>
<p>Olympus went to the wire with Davis there next tough game will likely be against Mountain Ridge December 30th. They have a legit triple-threat in Jack Wistrcil, [player_tooltip player_id="1057020" first="Jordan" last="Barnes"] and [player_tooltip player_id="1057034" first="Dutch" last="Dowdell"]. All three are high level recruits. </p>
<p>Orem is representing for Utah County as they are arguable the best team in the Utah County. [player_tooltip player_id="1127232" first="Dane" last="Christensen"], [player_tooltip player_id="1127234" first="Nick" last="Clark"] and Court Walker are tough. </p>
<p>Alta is in a good position to prepare itself for a tough run in state. [player_tooltip player_id="967725" first="Jaxon" last="Heiden"], [player_tooltip player_id="1298532" first="Jaxon" last="Johnson"] and [player_tooltip player_id="968776" first="Jett" last="Lundberg"] make for a tough trio as well. </p>
<p>Skyline with only 5 games under their belt Skyline will prove their play against another top 10 team in Cottonwood. [player_tooltip player_id="968785" first="Kolton" last="Smith"], [player_tooltip player_id="942593" first="Yorgio" last="Golesis"] have been stellar this season. </p>
<p>Woods Cross has played some tough ball and they have a great signature win against Copper Hills. [player_tooltip player_id="934027" first="Mason" last="Bendinger"] and [player_tooltip player_id="969245" first="Jaxon" last="Smith"] have been killing it this year. mason one of the top stock risers in his class and Jaxon has really stepped up his game. </p>
<p>Springville is no longer under the radar as they had a great showing in Las Vegas. [player_tooltip player_id="1201682" first="Jake" last="Nadauld"] has been one of the best guards showing out as of now. </p>
<p>Bonneveille doesn’t have a signature win yet but they will have their hands full in region play.</p>
<p>Cottonwood has been another surprise team with great play from [player_tooltip player_id="968851" first="Robbie" last="Yates"], [player_tooltip player_id="934508" first="Noah" last="Widerburg"] and Chris Cox. Cottonwood is a black horse in the 5A race. </p>
