Solid slate of game to close out Week 3 of the high school season. Here are three games that pop off of the page and should surely be seen this weekend.

Windsor vs. Rocky Mountain

Windsor has started the season with a 4-1 record and has been playing well. They will be tested once again, so this is a good spot to see how good they are.

Windsor is led by [player_tooltip player_id="972414" first="David" last="Hageman"], who is putting up 20.0 points a game, and his stellar play has been overlooked a bit. Hageman was great all summer long and also put 4.0 rebounds and 3.6 assists to go along with it. He's had help by 6'2 small forward Parker Seyboldt who is putting up 9.4 ppg & 3.4 rebounds to go along with it. [player_tooltip player_id="1172862" first="Johnnie" last="Reed"] is a young buck, but he has been a force on the boards with eight per game. This squad is balanced and play the right way and go up against a team that will push them to the edge.

Rocky Mountain is 4-2 on the season and those two losses were to two talented teams in Smoky Hill and Overland. [player_tooltip player_id="918906" first="Aidan" last="Kuhl"] is doing exactly what he has been doing since the moment that he got into high school, dominating in every way. He's up to 23.0 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 3.8 assists a game. He's seeing double and triple teams and still managing to contribute at a high level. He's been showing why he's one of the top players in the state and the matchup with him and Hageman will be fun.

[player_tooltip player_id="1284576" first="Charlie" last="Dortch"] is having a sensational season at 14.0 points and 8.3 rebounds a game. He is improving in each game and is starting to find a rhythm. The 6'7 big man is skilled on the block, secures boards and starts the break, if he is able to up his game, he opens up another layer for the Lobos. Dylan Larson has also been a great help as he's putting up 11.4 points and is a marksman from deep. He's been the outside shooting option and helps space the floor.

Douglas County vs. Denver South

The Ravens are a surprising 6-2 on the year but if you have seen them play then you know that this is a talented team. Dominic Rhoades-Martinez has had one of the best stat-stuffing lines this season. He's averaging 16.2 points, 5.7 rebounds, 5.6 assists, and 4.8 steals a game and this will be a game that we get to see how he shows up against teams that will key in on him. He will be pivotal and 5'11 junior guard [player_tooltip player_id="1284506" first="Tyler" last="HUNSINGER"] have been a strong duo. He's up to 14.2 points a game and has a clip. He's shooting an incredible 52% from deep.

For Douglas County, they are still undefeated on the year at 7-0 and it has been the [player_tooltip player_id="1284473" first="Jaeton" last="Hackley"] show. Hackley goes into his senior season as the top point guard in 5A and with his 18.2 points, 4.3 rebounds, 4.7 assists, 3.7 steals

He's had help from the other guards on the team and this is a dangerous backcourt. They have [player_tooltip player_id="1143879" first="Ty" last="Nettles"] (14.2 ppg), Xander Baldessari (10.8 ppg), [player_tooltip player_id="918915" first="AJ" last="Jackson"] (10.7 ppg) and Anthony Nettles (10.0 ppg) averaging double digits. Having tenacious defenders that can also score and swarm you at different times of the game is not the relief that other teams want. Teams can probably win the rebounding battle but they are not beating this team with guard play so Denver South will have their work cut out for them.

Chaparral vs. Cherry Creek

[player_tooltip player_id="973211" first="Trevon" last="Chambers"] is coming off of a career-high performance where he put up 29 points. [player_tooltip player_id="1284436" first="Carey" last="Booth"] has also found a rhythm and come into his own and the highlight finishes and points are now starting to follow. The team has had to make a shift and with that, there has been a different flow to the offense and players having to step up. [player_tooltip player_id="1284415" first="Asher" last="Nofziger"] has been a solid contributor for the team as he has scored, rebounded and altered the game with his energy. [player_tooltip player_id="965780" first="Blake" last="Purchase"] is a man amongst boys and his physicality intimidates opponents. Creek has the size to match up with any team in the state and they will need that as they are up against one of the state title contenders.

The Wolverines go as [player_tooltip player_id="1080835" first="Joel" last="Speckman"] allows them. He's up to 16.5 points and 9.5 rebounds a game and is a force. He is a mismatch each time down and ability to go down on the block and score, push the defense out to the 3 and the dunks have allowed Chaparral to flow. [player_tooltip player_id="1284421" first="Luke" last="Williams"] has been one of the most impressive guards in the state to begin the season. He's up to 16.0 points, 6.8 rebounds and he also dishes it out. Those two are a lethal tandem and adding [player_tooltip player_id="1285193" first="Bennett" last="Pegues"] (9.2 ppg) to the mix has only made them better.

This will be a fun game to watch.
