<li><strong>Las Vegas</strong> (LW) #1 Week 3-0 Season 4-0 Next vs Mead (CO) – The #1 team in 4A flexed their muscle this week. [player_tooltip player_id="1220975" first="Tavionte" last="Jackson"] averaged just over 31ppg for the week as the Wildcats picked up wins over Palo, Shadow, and Valley. They face defending Colorado 4A state Champion Mead in their opening game of the Tark Classic. </li>
<li><strong>Silverado</strong> (LW) #3 Week 1-0 Season 3-0 Next at Paramount (CA) – Skyhawks got 30 from PG [player_tooltip player_id="1286525" first="Kenyon" last="Giles"] and another victory over a 5A squad, in an 87-66 victory over Faith Lutheran. They open with Paramount in their first game at the Tark Classic. </li>
<li><strong>Valley</strong> (LW) #3 Week 1-1 Season 5-1 Next TBD – The Vikings suffered their first loss of the season to Vegas in the "V" game, despite 37 from junior guard Naka Fabello. They are still off to a 5-1 record, after a hard-fought game on the road against #1. </li>
<li><strong>Spring Valley</strong> (LW) #4 Week 1-1 Season 4-3 Next TBD – The Grizzlies split this week against 5A opponents, getting a win over Centennial in our Balldawg GOTW. They are led by Sophomore sensation [player_tooltip player_id="986798" first="Alijah" last="Adem"], who put together a magnificent 35 point performance against the Bulldogs. </li>
<li><strong>Sierra Vista </strong>(LW) #5 Week 3-0 – Season 4-1 Next TBD – It was a good week for the Mountain Lions as they picked up 3 victories. They are a balanced team getting contributions from several players, including seniors [player_tooltip player_id="985612" first="Christian" last="Martin"], and [player_tooltip player_id="787653" first="Malakai" last="Christian"]. </li>
<li><strong>Mojave</strong> (LW) #6 Week 1-1 Season 6-2 Next TBD Lot of positives for the Rattlers this week. They fell to 5A #1 Gorman, but rebounded with a win over 5A #6 Foothill. They are led by freshman [player_tooltip player_id="1268866" first="CJ" last="Shaw"], who is averaging over 14ppg. Senior forwards Amaris Stewart and [player_tooltip player_id="1268862" first="Zakeus" last="Mcdowell"] have contributed on the backboard averaging over 7 boards per game together. </li>
<li><strong>Rancho</strong> (LW) #8 Week 2-2 Season 7-4 Next TBD – The Rams split this week, with both losses coming to 5A programs. [player_tooltip player_id="859651" first="Jimar" last="Mitchell"] and [player_tooltip player_id="1272222" first="Elijah" last="Johnson"] are carrying the scoring load with each averaging over 11ppg. </li>
<li><strong>Basic</strong> (LW) #9 Week 0-0 Season 3-2 Next vs Shadow Ridge - The Wolves were off this week. They are being led by senior forward [player_tooltip player_id="1123633" first="David" last="Estes"] who is averaging over 15ppg. They take on Shadow Ridge, in opening round action of the Tark Classic. </li>
<li><b>Legacy </b>LW) UR Week 2-1 Season 4-4 Next vs TBD – The Longhorns went 2 and 1 on the week to bring their season record to 500. Senior guard [player_tooltip player_id="1298347" first="Marcus" last="Lawson"] has led the way averaging over 16ppg. </li>
