Class A starts practice on November 22nd and Class B starts on November 29th. It will be here before we know it. This is a perfect time to speculate on who might possibly be up for Mr. Basketball. In this article, I have 10 names that might be awarded Mr. Basketball. As the season goes along we will keep this updated and whittle the list down to the last 3 or 4 players. Keep in mind, you have to be a senior and you can come from a Class A or B team. As things sit right now, my three favorites to win Mr. Basketball are Joe Hurlburt Joe Hurlburt 6'10" | PF Enderlin | 2022 State #147 Nation MN , Treysen Eaglestaff Treysen Eaglestaff 6'5" | SF Bismark | 2022 State ND , and Trey Brandt Trey Brandt 6'1" | PG Beulah | 2022 State ND . With that said, everyone on this list is great. We will have to wait and see how the season plays out. Let’s take a look at some of the players who have the potential to be Mr. Basketball.
Remember this is not a career award. It is all about your senior season.
