Teaming with Jayce Archambault, Mark Grey Could, and Montel Carlow, Uses Arrow has had a great year and together they have Solen rolling.
“The beginning of the season was tough, we have four scorers on the team such as me, Montel, Jayce, and Mark,” Uses Arrow said. “We all can play defense but it was trouble finding out who was going to score but so far it’s been even.
“We all count on each other as offensive threats and since Christmas break we are on a 13 game winning streak and we out rebounded every team and held teams under 47 points most nights.”
Uses Arrow can shoot but he’s also been creating shots for others. His increased skills dribbling has allowed him to be more of a playmaker.
“My ball handling has improved a lot and I’m becoming more constant on my shot, more constant on my jump shot and a lot quicker on my feet, I’m also becoming more vocal for team reminding them where their spots are on offense and defense,” Brayden said.
Uses Arrow has the talent to play someplace at the college level but right everything is up in the air.
“Next year is kind of tough, I’m really undecided on what I want to do but all I know is I want to continue playing basketball as long as I can and so far Lake Region State is the only school that has shown interest in me but I’ll go to any college program that offers the best for me and my future.”
