Glasgow recently committed to play Division I ball at UMKC. An athletic guard who can fill it up from all three levels, he’s an efficient scorer who thrives when he’s playing downhill and using his athleticism to get to the bucket for tough finishes.
First Team
2022 Cole Glasgow Cole Glasgow 6'2" | SG Dallas Center- Grimes | 2022 State IA , Dallas Center-Grimes: 16.6 points, 4.3 rebounds, 2.2 assists, 1.1 steals, 53.1 FG%
Glasgow can do a little bit of everything on the floor, and is a plus-athlete who uses his athleticism to his advantage on both ends. He’s a great finisher at the bucket and a capable 3-point shooter.
2023 Drew Kingery Drew Kingery 6'4" | SF Indianola | 2023 State IA , Indianola: 18.0 points, 5.1 rebounds, 2.8 assists, 1.8 steals, 56.4 FG%, 75.0 FT%
The league’s leading returning scorer, Kingery is a long and skilled wing who can score in bunches. He has really improved his ball-handling and playmaking abilities over the last 18 months and is arguably the most dynamic offensive threat in the conference, which is no small feat given the rest of the talented scorers in the LHC. He holds an offer from North Dakota.
2022 Karl Miller Karl Miller 6'4" | SF Pella | 2022 State IA , Pella: 15.7 points, 5.8 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 1.2 steals, 50.0 FG%, 42.5 3P%
A knockdown 3-point shooter who moves well off the ball, Miller is the leading scorer for a Dutch team that will be looking to repeat in Class 3A. He uses his size to his advantage in getting his shot off, and he rebounds well on both ends of the floor.
2022 Adam Mattes Adam Mattes 6'3" | SG Newton | 2022 State IA , Newton: 14.6 points, 3.9 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 75.8 FT%
A skilled playmaking wing, Mattes was excellent this summer as a playmaker and scorer. He sees the floor well and gets others involved, and he can score from all three levels with a smooth stroke from the arc.
2022 Eric Mulder Eric Mulder 6'8" | PF Pella Christian | 2022 State IA , Pella Christian: 14.2 points, 9.5 rebounds, 1.3 steals, 1.6 blocks, 61.8 FG%
The recent IPFW commit put together a fantastic summer with Kingdom Hoops, his first summer playing grassroots ball. A mobile 6-9 big man, he’s switchable defensively, has good touch and footwork around the rim, and is working on extending his range.
