<p>Prep Hoops Missouri is spending the weekend at the Center of St. Louis Sports to take in the action at The Last Run, which is presented by Threat Hoops. Here is a look at some of Saturday’s standouts on the first day.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="1180102" first="Malcolm" last="Davis"] 6’1 Cap City Storm 17U: The 2022 guard from Helias scored 30 points in an evening game and had people buzzing as they watched from other courts. He was sinking long 3-pointers and dropping off defenders with creative escape moves for buckets. He is physically strong and fearless in his play.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="824118" first="Cole" last="Farrell"] 6’4 TruVision 17U: The athletic 2022 wing was the most explosive player in the building as he wowed everyone with six slam dunks of various degrees of difficulty. His overall skill set has continued to improve as he hit jumpers and runners in the lane.</p>
<p>Tyler King 6’2 St. Louis Stars 16U: The athletic 2023 wing from Parkway West was quite impressive with 19 points in a victory over the Midwest All Stars. He is a tremendous slashing threat with excellent speed and acceleration in the open court. He was a very good finisher in the lane.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="1161319" first="Steven" last="Bonner"] 6’3 Ball So Hard 16U: The 2023 wing from Soldan threw down several resounding dunks to please the fans. He has good length to go along with his athleticism as he can score comfortably inside or attack off the dribble.</p>
<p>Jalen Smith 6’4 Midwest All-Stars 16U: An athletic wing from O’Fallon (IL) who had 18 points in a narrow loss to the St Louis Stars in an afternoon game. He was very effective on a number of slashing, twisting drives to the basket. He was very active on defense as he played the top of the full court press and stayed in the passing lanes.</p>
