PassionSZN Kickoff: 15U Eye-Catchers

2024 5-10 G Evan Taylor – Georgia Express

Georgia Express used a balanced stable of guards to outscore opponents. Evan Taylor was one of the more consistent scorers on the weekend. Taylor was comfortable shooting off the bounce and drilled a handful of threes.

2024 6-3 SG Connor Mohr – Heart N’ Hustle

Connor Mohr may have had the smoothest stroke of the event. The big guard has an easy clean release with pretty form. He made a living in the corners knocking down threes. When the ball went up, you expected it to go in.

2024 6-2 G Ronald Durham – Jacksonville Trojans

Durham scored from all three levels. He has nice size and uses a quick burst to the basket. Durham is creative with the bounce. He’s able to free himself from defenders with ease. Ronald is an accurate jump shooter. He can hit the mid-range and has three-point distance. He provided help on the glass.

Though small, [player_tooltip player_id="1163620" first="Daniel" last="Delgardo"] plays with nice pace. He can change speeds and play either in the half court or full court. He’s a streaky shooter that can get hot from three, but also is shifty enough to get to the basket and draw fouls.

2024 6-4 F [player_tooltip player_id="1055703" first="Toney" last="Collins"] Jr. – Bad Boys Basketball

The physical inside-out presence had impressive spurts. Collins has a big body which he uses to bang down low, but also has the finesse to step outside and stretch the floor with his three-point shot. If Collins adds a few more inches, he could become a serious problem.

2024 6-1 G Tony Colebrook – Athletes of Influence

Tony Colebrook is an explosive dual-sport athlete. He makes plays with his quickness on defense, jumping passing lanes and turning turnovers into points. When he makes up his mind to get to the hoop, he can do so in a flash. Jumping with Colebrook is a bad idea. He can put defenders in the rim with his bounce.
