This month has been full of changes in recruitment with players due to the fact that there has been quite a few coaching changes on the college level. Some players have found new homes, recently gone on visits, others have reopened their recruitment and a few have picked up offers to potential homes.

Northside-Jax Unsigned Senior Guard Ronnie Thompson Jr recently took a visit to sWallace State in TN, taking the opportunity to see the campus as well as working out against other prospects. Thompson is one of the top Guards in the state that remains on the boards and has shown impressive scoring ability as well as all the tools to be a nice PG on the next level.

Liberty Heights Senior F/C [player_tooltip player_id="1008874" first="Jonas" last="Aidoo"] reopened his recruitment after a coaching change at Marquette University. Once he became available, top programs from around the country showed strong interest and he wouldn’t take too much time before he decided to attend The University of Tennessee. He has legit height, skill, upside and will be a player that will make a nice impact on both sides of the court for the years to come.

After a big time showing last weekend and some impressive games throughout the high school season, Class of 2023 Wing [player_tooltip player_id="944974" first="Jakwon" last="Moore"] has seen a rise in his recruitment. Moore is a strong player that gets to the basket at a high rate but has also has shown his ability to score from the perimeter. Schools such as Wake Forest & Texas A&M have shown interest in Moore and we fully expect the list to grown if he continues to play well.

The Burlington School Forward [player_tooltip player_id="838020" first="Kuluel" last="Mading"] is officially off the board, making his commitment to The University of Buffalo after helping his team winning a State Championship this year. The 6’9 prospect has a chance to be a nice contributor on the next level, has plenty of upside and will only get better if he continues to work on the court and in the weight room.

Barton College picked up a commitment from [player_tooltip player_id="1050538" first="Kenechi" last="Nwosu"] & [player_tooltip player_id="1050542" first="Kanayo" last="Nwosu"] recently which we feel could be a nice pickup for the team and a good fit for the players. They have played on the national level with Word of God Christian as well as with Juice All-Stars during the grassroot season so we know that they can compete and be coached at a high level.
