6’9 Jaxon Kohler Jaxon Kohler 6'9" | PF Southern California Academy | 2022 #49 Nation CA-S | American Fork High School | 2022
Jaxon is no stranger to the spotlight and he is no stranger to being a hardnose rebounder. One of the top qualities about Jaxon is that he positions himself so well under the basket and through defenders that he is able to snatch rebounds very well. Jaxon is elite at holding the ball up high and he has a grip that allows him to hold on the ball when it is being punched or pulled out. Jaxon has full control when he tips rebounds to himself or to try and get it back in the hoop. Easily a double-double on the boards. Could rack up 5+ “o” boards on any given night.
6’9 Lyman Simmons Lyman Simmons 6'10" | PF RSL Academy | 2023 State UT | Snow Canyon High School | 2023
Lyman has about a 7’3 wingspan which helps when he is out there near the blocks or in the paint rebounding. Lyman seems to find himself in the right spots to bring those rebounds in. While most of the time he is crashing the boards from the blocks or the short-corner it allows Lyman to get his hands on many basketballs. Lyman also crashes the boards instinctually when he is on the perimeter as well.
6’9 Bowen Davies Bowen Davies 6'8" | PF Murray | 2022 State UT | Murray High School | 2022
Bowen is the product of a system that allows their guards to have a lot of freedom and with that he gathers those opportunities that fall near him and he often times cleans it up or kicks it out for more opportunities for his teammates. Bowen is another player that boxes out and clears out room for him to clean up the boards. Bowen has a great feel for where the balls might go and he is out there willing to work hard and bring those boards in.
6’6 Justus Fobbs-Jackson Justus Fobbs-Jackson 6'6" | SF Cyprus | 2023 UT -Fobbs | Cyprus High School | 2023
Justus is a high energy athlete that pulls down some athletic rebounds. He is not on the blocks all game he is all over. He is flying in from the three-point arc and from 15-feet. He is a problem if teams do not put a body on him. On the defensive end he does a little bit of both when it comes to rebounding as he uses his athletic ability and he also uses his body and boxes out.
6’4 Lander Barton Lander Barton 6'4" | PF Brighton | 2022 UT | Brighton High School | 2022
Lander might be undersized but he is a big strong kid that absolutely uses his strength to push, pull and bump his way to getting rebounds. One of the best undersized post players that can rebound at a high clip. His team is often playing a 2-3 zone and he can still haul them in even though it’s difficult to rebound in a zone.
