Christian Meeks Christian Meeks 6'6" | SF Homewood Flossmoor | 2022 State IL is a D1 Player
Homewood Flossmoor 2022 power forward Christian Meeks Christian Meeks 6'6" | SF Homewood Flossmoor | 2022 State IL has been a tough evaluation over the years. He is a 6’5” high-motor forward that is relentless on the glass and produces every time we see him. He isn’t a true three and doesn’t have the size to be a natural four, but I’m to the point it doesn’t matter. In this new age positionless basketball his position is DIFFRENCE MAKER! Meeks uses his athleticism and toughness to own the glass for second chance points. Runs the floor hard for transition points. Cleans up any loose ends on the offensive end for points. Can defend multiple positions. The skill continues to flash too as he hit a mid-range jumper and free throw stroke looks so much more consistent than a year ago. Meeks is that perfect role player at the low-major level you will never have to run a play for and might get a double double. Went for 20 points.

Upside of HF Front Line with Rubin Twins
Wesley Rubin Wesley Rubin 6'7" | PF Homewood Flossmoor | 2023 State IL and Miles Rubin Miles Rubin 6'7" | PF Homewood Flossmoor | 2023 State #243 Nation IL are the future at Homewood Flossmoor. The 6’7” four men are twins that can impact the game on both ends of the floor. Wes was outstanding in this game. Mobile four man had a slash from the mid-post, finished a dump off, knocked down a 15 foot jumper, and had a pair of put backs. Went for 8 points.
Kyonte Thomas Kyonte Thomas 5'10" | PG Bolingbrook | 2021 State IL All-Around Game Making Strides
Bolingbrook point guard Kyonte Thomas Kyonte Thomas 5'10" | PG Bolingbrook | 2021 State IL gets after it on the defensive end, but his offensive game has made major strides. The Trinity International commit gets to the line a ton and is explosive attacking off the bounce. Quick twitched guard who is tough as nails. Has expanded his game with improved passing and feel. Went for 11 points.
Pair of Guards Emerging for Bolingbrook While Undersized Post Just Produces
Two guards from The Brook helped themselves on Tuesday evening. Class of 2022 point guard Jaydin Dunlap Jaydin Dunlap 6'1" | PG Bolingbrook | 2022 State IL is a lengthy combo guard that jumped on our radar with the Champaign Heat over the summer. He can be a defensive stopper and on the offensive end was excellent working on the baseline and scoring at the rim netting 21 points. Josh Aniceto is a 2024 point guard that proved he could flat out stroke it from beyond the arc. Drained three triples along with a runner. Played with poise and swag. Undersized 6’4” 2022 power forward Michael Osei-Bonsu isn’t overly projectable with his burly frame, but the post gets the job done. Junk yard dog big man that finishes around the hoop and is a very good area rebounder. He had 11 points.
