First team all Long Island player. Terrific basketball body. Plays hard on both ends of the floor. Really strong finisher off the bounce. Has great lift on his jumper. A shot blocker off of the wing position. Can rebound it lead the break and finish with toughness. City type player on Long Island.

My favorite Suffolk player Malachi gets it done on both ends of the floor. He uses his frame to get by defender with elusiveness and strength. Determined to score off the drive. Finishes well with either hand. Sees the floor really well has a good understanding of the game. Has good range from three. Is able to split defenders and finish with an explosive step through finish at the rim. Draws a lot of fouls off his drives. Averaged 25 ppg. If a D3 program gets him consider it a Suffolk heist if a D2 program secures him they will have an impact starter and leader for 4 years.

I love his game. Malachi is coming off of a very impressive summer. He averaged over 20ppg at the BCANY tournament against the best players in the state. Is a major piece for team Long Island. His work ethic is excellent. His athleticism enables him to play any spot on the floor either offensively or defending. Gets to the rim with a strong handle. Can create contact and finish. Really good shooter.

Malachi is coming off of a impressive showing at the Basketball coaches of New York tournament. He had 2 games of 25 and 21 points. He was guarding the best player in most critical situations. Very good at help and recover. Uses his length to block shots from behind. Outstanding mid range game. Off the bounce he can get to the rim or pull up on a dime and drain it.
