In this article:
<p>The season tips off in a week and we’re attempting to preview all 16 regions before the season starts. I’m looking to break down the top 5 college prospects and top 5 teams in each region along with a bonus pick of who I think will be the regional finalist for Mr. Basketball. <span style="font-size: 14pt;"><em><strong>These are just for discussion and almost sure to be wrong.</strong></em></span></p>
