Who are some of the top small college gems in the class of 2021 at the guard spot? These uncommitted prospects are rising seniors we feel will be impact prospects at the small college level.

Kenneth Clark | Forest Park

Kenneth Clark first caught our eye last season at the DMVelite NoVA Tip-Off, where his hard-nosed style of play jumped off the page as he led his team to a win with his effort on both ends of the court. By season's end, the 6-foot-1 guard had earned First-Team All-District and Second-Team All-Region honors. Clark remains unsigned today, and considering his strong academic record, he should be an attractive target for small college programs in need of backcourt help.

[player_tooltip player_id="775333" first="Cole" last="Hanin"] | Bullis

For three years now, Hanin has been rock solid at the point for Coach Bruce Kelley at Bullis. If you need a savvy lead guard who can run the offense, score or shoot from long distance, and compete defensively each time he hits the court, Hanin is your guy.

[player_tooltip player_id="798711" first="Chris" last="Kuzemka"] | Centreville

Kuzemka was set for a breakout junior campaign as Centreville's starting lead guard, but unfortunately, a knee injury prevented it from materializing. Based on what we've been seeing online, his rehab is progressing and that breakout season could be right around the corner.

[player_tooltip player_id="902037" first="Kordell" last="Lewis"] | Richard Montgomery

Lewis is a three-year varsity starting point guard who brings it on both ends night in and night out. He is a proven winner who is an excellent defender and brings an element of toughness to any team.

[player_tooltip player_id="902064" first="Mark" last="Rachic"] | Calvert

Rachic was one of the biggest standouts at the Top 250 Expo last fall. A versatile, intelligent guard who plays with maximum effort at all times, he's the type of player you love to have on your team but would not enjoy competing against. Rachic has been putting in work this summer, earning an All-Star selection at Hoop Group Academic Elite 1 and winning a championship as well.

Tye Thompson | Bishop Ireton

Thompson arrived at Ireton last season from Italy and made an immediate impact. A downhill-type guard who is skilled with the ball and fearless when attacking the rim, he has proven that he has what it takes to compete at a high-level night in and night out.
