One Player To Watch: Kaleo Kakalia Kaleo Kakalia 6'6" | PF Mishawaka Marian | 2022 State IN
Kaleo Kakalia Kaleo Kakalia 6'6" | PF Mishawaka Marian | 2022 State IN is a strong wing that is a traditional all-around player. The only downside to his game would be that he doesn’t have an overwhelming go-to skill that is better than the rest. He is the epitome of an all-around player. He uses his strength and athleticism to rebound, score in the paint, and push into transition, and he also has a defensive presence which allows him to guard almost any position on the floor. He is a do it all player, but he could really push his game to the next level by developing a go-to skill in his game.
One Player We Need To See More: Jackson Bobo Jackson Bobo 6'8" | PF Lawrenceburg | 2022 State IN
Jackson is a long, lean player with enough athleticism to do everything. At this moment in his game, he handles the ball, slashes into the paint, drives into the mid-range, and knocks down shots from downtown. He needs to add some strength to his frame, but right now, he is and long and tall enough to allow him to be a scoring forward. If he can add some strength and improve his finishing ability, he will raise his stock in a big way.
One Player That Should Surprise: Dayton DeVaughan Dayton DeVaughan 6'9" | C Mooresville | 2022 IN
Dayton DeVaughan Dayton DeVaughan 6'9" | C Mooresville | 2022 IN is a stock-raising post player who has improved every time out on the court. He has improved his post moves in a big way, and he can consistently score with the ball on the block. One thing that would help him would be slowing down and being patient with the ball. This would allow him to be a little more efficient in the post. With his level of improvement at the post position, he has the potential to be a breakout player this summer.
