[player_tooltip player_id='2919445' first='Eli' last='Powell'] comes in at #16 after the latest update. He will be asked to contribute on both ends of the court this season for Palo Verde, which could help accelerate his development. On offense, he has enough shake to slip by defenders, and he'll let it fly from 3-point land with confidence. As a defender, Powell gets in his opponents' grills and is capable of poking the ball away. Considering the workload that'll be on his plate, he should be a consistent contributor for the Panthers.

[player_tooltip player_id='3576687' first='Dylan' last='Swinn'] is currently positioned in the #17 slot. He should give the Crusaders an edge during his sophomore campaign with his scrappiness and energy, especially when it comes to crashing the glass or fighting for 50/50 balls. When looking to score, he goes up strong and doesn't hesitate to attack the rim. On defense, Swinn shows his tenacity and makes opponents work for their buckets. Look for him to guard multiple positions as well, thanks to his effort and versatility.

[player_tooltip player_id='2919441' first='Amari' last='Carroll'] remains inside the top 20 at #18. Since making the move to Mojave, he has already established himself as one of their better scoring options. His jumper is typically reliable, particularly from 3-point range, and he doesn't let misses faze him. Carroll also utilizes his IQ on the defensive end to disrupt passing lanes and consistently stays active with his hands. With his shooting ability and confidence, he could put together some explosive scoring performances for the Rattlers this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='3576680' first='Azari' last='Jefferson'] is a dynamic bucket-getter who boosted his stock this summer, resulting in him climbing to #19 in the latest rankings. He is quite crafty and uses a variety of maneuvers to deceive defenders. Plus, he has the touch and body control to convert difficult finishes around the basket. On defense, Jefferson utilizes his lateral quickness and speed to make life uncomfortable for his matchup.

[player_tooltip player_id='2919434' first='Teke' last='Oruh'] is a new face in the top 20 after moving up a handful of spots. He will no doubt be one of Centennial's centerpieces this season, and I'm looking forward to seeing how he performs. On offense, he is even harder to contain now that he's around 6'5, making him a difficult matchup and allowing him to get his shots off over smaller defenders. Oruh should also be able to make an impact on defense and figures to help out in the rebounding department.
