Top Players That Caught My Attention During The Expo. (Part 1)

With more than 200 hoopers in attendance, the Expo in Appleton was the place to be. The talent and energy made for a great day of basketball. Here are some of the players who stood out to me.

Milesko showed that he can get downhill with ease to create opportunities for himself and others. One thing that stood out is how he was able to use his length to finish at the rim with full body control. The Edgewood prospect took on the defensive assignment vs some of the top players in the class. Milesko also was clutch in the final game of the Expo, he took on the scoring load late for a game saving buzzer beater.

The Wanaukee guard showed flashes of greatness before being sidlined for the final game. His movement away from the ball allowed him to get open and do what he does best. Muniz went off for 4 straight three pointers to help close out a game.

Clark consistently got to his spots and shot with confidence. I liked what I saw in response to missed shots by him, even when he missed a shot he knew he can make, he stayed composed and kept shooting. That poise helped him put together a strong scoring stretch. He's a player I'm looking forward to watching once Kingdom Prep gets going.

I first noticed Terrell from his confidence didn't say much to opposing players he showed up like he had something to prove, While playing in the 5 on 5 scrimmages he confused defenders by attacking early then showing off his range with more shots from deep than I can count on one hand.

Roth showed patience as a scorer, working to his spots and knocking down shots without forcing the action. He also beat defenders off the dribble and finished tough layups through traffic.
