He's a physical guard who can score around the rim, in the mid range at the line or from downtown. His confidence grew throughout the winter, he's got sneaky athleticism, he's coachable and a winner. Dillon should be a Long Island CHSAA All Leaguer and might be the favorite for MVP.

Morrissey had such a productive offseason and he did a great job boosting up his profile. He received a D2 offer, played well against tough competition all spring and continues to develop his outside game. His potential is massive, he could be a dominant force in the CHSAA and he could carry the Friars to the championship game. Keep buying stock.

Doms had the MVP winner graduate but still have a great contender in Lang. He has a great opportunity to lead the league in rebounds and blocks. His footwork, inside scoring and physicality continue to improve plus the staff really believes in him. There's definitely some value in this Long Island big man.

There's a few prospects with a three and d type skillset. However the Titans have one in Ayeye who really impressed as a Junior and carried that momentum to the summer. He can heat up from three, he can guard multiple positions, he's got a great motor plus has gotten stronger. His physicality and aggressiveness on offense could lock even more of his game.

The Firebirds may have struck gold with their rising Senior O'Connor. He was great last year, will take on a bigger role, should get a lot more shots and has the ability to compete for the top big in the league. His game will draw a lot of attention of opposing defenses but the coaching staff as well as the guards will be looking to get O'Connor the ball.

There's several prospects in the article who may be more complete but Etkins is my favorite to lead the CHSAA in scoring. He has done a fantastic job of getting open without the ball, he's gotten better at creating himself, he's got serious range and has the full green light from the coaches at SJB. This season I'd like to see a little more playmaking and steals. Etkins' Senior campaign should be littered with accolades as he looks to pump up his recruitment.

Mary's lost two of their top two scorers to graduation, lost their next top three to transfer but you can't count the Gaels out. There's a future there and we believe it could all start around Menzies. His coaches love his upside, he will take a huge leap as a primary decision maker plus he will be in charge of helping his new teammate. When this youngster understands his best value is when he lifts the play of others he as well as the rest of Mary's should take off.
