2026 PrepHoops Oregon Expo - Team Nine Scouting Report

The PrepHoops Oregon Expo took place last Saturday and this week, we will take a look at our scouting notes for each individual roster, breaking down this huge crop of talent from around the Pacific Northwest, player-by-player. Here's a look at Team 9.    Breaux was one of the top players we saw at The Expo, consistently competing and making an impact on both ends. He used his length and explosiveness to get to the rim and finish around the basket with ease. Breaux led the game we watched with 15 points and also had several key rebounds. His combination of athleticism, length, scoring ability, and competitive motor made him a standout performer.     Ramirez is an energetic guard who can score in multiple ways. He creates plays off the dribble while also knocking down shots off the pass. Ramirez had a big moment, hitting a game-winning three-pointer at the end of the game. He played with good energy and brought a team-first approach to the floor. His shot-making ability and willingness to contribute made him an intriguing guard to watch.     He's an athletic player who uses his explosiveness to play above the rim and make an impact around the basket. He is also a capable outside shooter who can stretch the floor when given opportunities. Marcum plays with a team-first mindset and is willing to make the extra pass rather than force a shot.     Ahmed is a versatile and talented scorer who impacted the game in multiple ways. He has good range and is effective as a spot-up shooter from the perimeter. Ahmed is also a capable ball handler who can create with the ball in his hands. He brought a team-first approach and stayed vocal on the floor, making him a well-rounded offensive player who contributed beyond just scoring.     He is a promising player who showed good finishing ability around the basket. He can play off either hand, giving him the ability to attack and finish at the rim. Gresham is also a solid rebounder who competes on the glass and stays active around the rim. His ability to finish with either hand, rebound, and impact the game inside gives him a solid foundation with plenty of potential to continue developing.     Lampella is an athletic player who brings consistent effort and a team-first approach. He used his athleticism well defensively, showing potential as a rim protector who challenged shots around the basket. His athleticism, defensive potential, and work ethic give him a solid foundation to develop his overall game.     Moore is a quick and energetic guard who brought consistent effort to the floor. He is a solid outside shooter who provided spacing and knocked down shots from the perimeter. Moore played with a team-first approach, worked hard on both ends, and brought good energy whenever he was on the court. His combination of quickness, shooting ability, work ethic, and potential makes him an intriguing guard to continue watching.     An active player who made an impact with his energy on both ends of the floor. He is effective in transition and showed the ability to convert difficult shots when challenged. Defensively, Reynoso uses active hands to create pressure and disrupt opponents. He also brings a team-first approach, looking to make winning plays and contribute wherever needed.     A solid big who showed potential during the limited action we saw. He provided a good post presence and did a nice job putting himself in position to get quality looks around the rim. While we didn't get an extended look at his overall game, Pawlowski showed some promising tools inside and has a solid foundation to continue developing his game.
