Nine 2031 Minnesota Players to Watch For

<p class="text-gray-700">Dupree Smith is a five-foot-eight-inch 2031 guard that played JV at Minneapolis Camden during last year's high school season and is a talented scorer, particularly with the ball in his hands. Smith doesn't need much space or time to get his shot off and he can really fill up the scoring in a game very quickly hitting multiple triples. Warren moved fluidly with little resistance, and he's long, and appears to still be growing into his body. For his age, Lee is big, and not just height, he has solid build in his upper body. He is a good rebounder with activity, good length and reach, and can post-up moving with solid footwork. Ortiz's size gives him a pretty big advantage for scoring inside and around the rim. Hansen has good size for a guard especially at this age, and he uses that size while driving to the basket and can make plays off the dribble. Underwood is a quick speedy lead guard who is an excellent ball handler with outstanding shooting range. Thelen is a talented ball handler that is an aggressive and competitive perimeter oriented guard. Thelen exhibits good outside shooting ability, spotted up and off the dribble.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">Cruz Puckett is a five-foot-six-inch 2031 Hopkins guard that played with Grassroots Sizzle. Puckett has a quick handle and first step with good range on his jump shot.
