An explosive vertical athlete, Antunez had some monster blocked shots and rebounds that he had no business making a play. Antunez also got comfortable as the day progressed shooting the 3-pointer as he knocked down a handful in his teams second and third games of the five on five portion of the showcase. One of the top players at the showcase and looking like a top prospect in Kentucky's 2030 class, Antunez will be a name to watch in our rankings when they release for this class.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->

The Kentucky freshman showcase featured a lot of 2030 talent from the state of Kentucky and in this article we'll break down the standouts I caught from team 5.

Talking on the court is a vital skill for young point guards and something a lot of young prospects don't do, Hatton was the loudest player in the gym on the court as he was consistently directing and encouraging his team. That type of energy was needed for his group and Hatton was a leader on his team. Hatton also helped set the table with a handful of assists throughout the day and was an enjoyable player to watch compete.
