With 64 teams competing, there were plenty of prospects whose impact went well beyond scoring or what showed up in the box score. The players featured below consistently contributed to winning through their motor, toughness, competitiveness, leadership, basketball IQ, and willingness to handle the smaller details that often made a difference. His athleticism and versatility were evident throughout the 7th Grade Jr. EYBL Peach Jam, as he attacked the basket, scored in different ways, distributed the ball and contributed defensively. Dabney has the versatility to impact possessions without needing to be used in one specific role. What adds another dimension to his profile is his defensive range, as Fisher has the physical tools and mobility to guard all five positions. He had multiple ways to score with the ball in his hands while also displaying the vision and passing feel to involve teammates and generate quality looks for others. Hopson was equally effective defensively, where he stayed attached to opposing guards and made it difficult for them to find comfortable operating space. He connected on timely shots throughout bracket play and was especially effective working off the catch, with range that extended well beyond the three-point line. Wainscott was more than a stationary shooting threat, as he could pull up off the dribble and manufacture his own looks when needed. He could generate his own offense and score in a variety of situations, but his playmaking was arguably the most advanced part of his game. Wilkinson saw the floor at a high level, anticipated openings and delivered passes that put teammates in position to score.
