Their dominant guard play consistently set the tone, as their backcourt controlled the pace, created opportunities, and made plays throughout the weekend.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>What made The Standard especially impressive was the balance throughout the roster. Their forwards and interior players brought consistency, strength, physicality, and toughness on both ends of the floor. Whether it was rebounding, defending, finishing inside, or doing the little things that impact winning, they received contributions from every level of the lineup.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The Standard also looked like a well-coached and connected group, playing with discipline and an understanding of how to win together. They played hard, competed together, and consistently looked like a connected group on both ends of the floor.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Their elite point guard set the tone throughout the weekend with his leadership, unselfishness, and ability to facilitate. He consistently played for his teammates, controlled the game, and put players in positions to be successful while providing the type of floor leadership you want from the point guard position.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>What made Youth of a Nation so impressive was the production they received throughout the roster. Different players stepped up when needed, whether it was defensively, on the glass, or as scorers. They have consistently established themselves as one of the top programs in the country, and their performance this weekend was another example of why they continue to have so much success on the national stage.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>What separates this group is the depth of talent throughout the roster. They have high-level players at every position who understand and embrace their roles, allowing them to play extremely well together as a unit. Rather than relying on one or two players, they consistently receive contributions throughout the lineup, with everyone buying into what is needed to win.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>They are also extremely well coached, led by one of the top coaches in the country who continues to get the most out of a talented roster. Their chemistry, discipline, and ability to consistently play together have resulted in championship after championship. This weekend was the perfect conclusion to that success, as Hoosier Phenoms capped off their season by adding a Finals championship to an already impressive résumé.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
