Bracy Skills Combine Pt II Newcomers

The Bracy Skills Combine was held Saturday August 1st at Fairfield High School. Team Rampage a growing grassroots program from the 707 was the host. Here we have a group of underclassmen who played well at this event. As noted by Coach Bracy.    Craft a noted newcomer from the Class of 2027. He's a tough minded prospect who competes on both ends of the court. A quality ball handler with excellent court vision and passing. He's a vocal point guard, directs others in a good way. He can get to the paint, pull up for short jumpers, and knock down 3's. He goes hard with on ball defense.       A good size prospect doesn't mind the physical contact, can handle it on both side of the ball, whether he's helping on the boards, or defending bigger players. He' shown he can make 3's if left open on the catch. He has decent handles, changes speeds to keep defenders off balance, he plays at a good pace as well. We'll keep an eye on the newcomer.     He'll be listed on the Class of 2030 Watchlist when it comes out. Standing 5'8, he was one of the hardest working prospects at the combine. He has the speed and mentality to scrap on the defensive side of the ball, kind of pesky. He has 3-point range     A good player in the open court. A hard playing guard doesn't mind scrapping for loose balls, he's one of the first to the floor going after balls. He's a physical defender, doesn't mind the rough stuff. He goes hard in transition, plays through contact. 2030 Watchlist.     We've seen him once in the Spring. He's enrolled at one of NorCal's top programs. He's 6'4, lengthy, moves well on both ends of the court. He has a developing skill set with playmaking abilities. He shows confidence on the court, gave good effort on both ends. He comfortable on the perimeter, did some handling, dropped a couple of 3's. Good upside.     A good ball handling point guard, deals with pressure, sees the court, not rushed plays at a good pace. He's good on the penetration, changes directions, plants well plays off two feet, gets defenders to react. He's a good on ball defender, makes you work the whole court.
