He was very adept at stretching out, staying balanced, and remaining focused while being fouled by defenders. His ball handling and fluidity was the main reason why Kaiden was such a lethal driver at this event. And when he got to the rim, he was extremely efficient. His shot creation abilities also stretched out to the perimeter. He flashed some impressive dribble combos, and strung together crossovers into a deep step-back three that he knocked down with confidence. His size, length, and fluidity also made him impactful on the defensive end. Even with defenders crowding his space and contesting his jumpers, his touch never wavered, and his release was high, which allowed him to avoid contests and hit tough shots. Both off the catch and off the bounce, Trey caught fire from downtown. His step-back three-point shot-making very much caught my eye. He used his three-point shooting threat to attack off-balance closeouts from defenders, where he showcased intriguing downhill driving skills and shot-making. He drew fouls around the rim with his patience and exhibited a capable floater in the lane. His playmaking stood out as well. He showed himself to be a strong and physical driver for his size. He backed down from nobody and did not shy away from contact at all. His midrange jumper very much stood out. He displayed the talent to slow all his momentum in one motion and pull up into fadeaway jumpers, which he hit at an efficient clip, even while being contested. And his shooting from deep range was just as elite. His aggressiveness and energy very much transferred to the defensive end as well.
