Baker is a good rim runner and finishes well around the rim. It was on full display on Thursday.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2401784' first='Terry' last='Slater'] Jr., [program_tooltip program_id='2441062' first='Tennessee' last='Marathon'] 17U: Slater had a solid 26 points in a loss to Prime Time Hoops. Slater is a 6-4 guard with a niche for taking good shots. He did a lot of good things offensively. Slater attacked the rim, made shots from the perimeter, and finished through contact. In iso situations, he does a great job of sizing up his opponent before taking a dribble. In the next update of the 2027 Tennessee player rankings, Slater is a definitely a prospect to keep an eye on for a huge bump.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2291122' first='Dylan' last='Jones'], [program_tooltip program_id='2078772' first='Team' last='Thad'] 17U: The 6-5 shooting guard had a good shooting performance in a win over Team Melo, scoring 26 points on 9 of 15 shooting. Jones also came away with 7 rebounds. The win has [program_tooltip program_id='2078772' first='Team' last='Thad'] sitting at 2-1 at Peach Jam heading into an afternoon matchup against the Utah Prospects.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2101889' first='Justin' last='Frison'], [program_tooltip program_id='2078772' first='Team' last='Thad'] 17U: Frison was another primetime player to have a solid performance against Team Melo. He finished with 19 points, 6 rebounds, and 4 assists. Frison went 5 for 10 from the field. He and Jones have been [program_tooltip program_id='2078772' first='Team' last='Thad']'s 1-2 punch all season. Their consistent play gives the program a great chance of making it out of pool play.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2194475' first='Braylon' last='Williams'], Alabama Fusion 16U: Williams had a complete performance against the Legynds. In the 73-58 win, the rising junior point guard had 14 points, 8 assists, and 7 rebounds on 6 of 13 shooting. Okoth is at his best when he's able to get key rebounds and get out in transition. Defensively, he's also a plus because he can guard multiple positions.
