Summer Recap: 2027 Top Centers

Several prospects elevated their stock with strong performances throughout the June and July live recruiting periods. Florida's 2027 recruiting class features some of the top prospects in the country. The Jacksonville native is a skilled big man who has the ability to stretch the floor with shot making and is an excellent passer. Nelson has good strength, a high basketball IQ and is a productive rebounder. He is a mobile big man with high level size and length. He changes ends of the floor with ease. At the offensive end he shows good touch around the rim and is a lob threat. Defensively, he can rebound and change shots in the paint. Gadet is a mobile big man with size, length and a high motor. He is a lob threat and has the ability to score with either hand in the paint. Germielle is an improving big man with good strength and mobility that continues to get better. He has good foot work in the pain, wants to play and score on the block and can finish around the rim.
