June is such an important month for high school basketball. For many players and teams it's the only time of year they get the ability to matchup against opposing teams with college coaches in attendance. Prospects relish the opportunity to compete in hopes of gaining college attention or media attention to elevate their status. But for some prospects, their attention could be under the radar due to multiple reasons and that's where this list comes in.

These are the players I saw in June that are either flying under the radar of college programs, the media, or both.

[player_tooltip player_id='2689934' first='Braden' last='Baldwin'] - Arcadia

The work that Baldwin has put in from the end of the regular season to the summer has paid off. June was an exciting month for the Arcadia senior as he stepped into a bigger role for the program and showcased his all-around ability. He puts constant pressure on defenses with his ability to attack the rim and finish through contact and battle for tough tough layups/rebounds.

Baldwin plays above the rim with good athleticism and is a high energy and effort player always staying active on both ends of the court. He figures to play a big role for a new look Arcadia team this year.

[player_tooltip player_id='2559538' first='Notorious' last='Street'] - San Tan Charter

All in all, a traditional point guard has become a rare archetype in 2026, but a defensive first traditional point guard is even more rare. That's exactly what Street is. Without a doubt, he'll guard opposing ball handlers with impressive pressure and disrupt handles and passing lanes then proceed to take the ball up court and use his speed to attack the rim or set up his teammates with crisp passes.

Street is an aggressive on-ball defender who likes to be a pest on the court and will do whatever it takes on that end.

[player_tooltip player_id='2412232' first='Terrell' last='Fair II'] - Cactus Shadows

To continue the trend of under the radar two-way players is Terrell Fair who alongside [player_tooltip player_id='2133646' first='Myles' last='Godfrey'] looks to create one of the best 1-2 punches in the 4A conference this season. Fair does the dirty work as he uses his long wingspan to contest every shot and force errant passes with his active hands.

Above all, he's exceptionally quick for the position and uses that speed to stay in front of opposing players on defense and to get to his spots on offense. He has a nice mid-range pull up and showcases the ability to stop quickly and get the shot up as well as attacking the rim and finishing with finesse.

[player_tooltip player_id='2146280' first='Taj' last='Deloney'] - Mesquite

Similar to Street at San Tan Charter, [player_tooltip player_id='2146280' first='Taj' last='Deloney'] is a defensive traditional point guard that is a true throwback in the year 2026. Deloney uses his speed and impressive strength for his size to be the ultimate disrupter on the defensive end. He's willing to bump opposing guards as he uses that speed to stay in front of them and is willing to jump with them to contest or pull down a tough rebound even over bigger players.

On the offensive end, Deloney shows his skill as he'll step back and knock down the three or dime his teammates up with impressive passes and is truly looking to set the table up for the guys around him to score.

[player_tooltip player_id='2257790' first='Nicholas' last='Topolosek'] - Liberty

A multi-year starter for Liberty, Topolosek has been making an impact for Liberty for years and he looks to close out his senior year with potentially his third 6A championship. As a shooter, his impact is felt at all times as he's one of the best shooters in the state with the way he lights up the floor from the perimeter. Whether it's a catch-and-shoot situation where he needs to get a quick look off against a good defender or off the dribble from his handle, Topolosek gets it off.

But what's truly valuable is his ability to stay moving around with and without the ball and the way he reads the floor and willingness to find his teammates. He's unselfish as he will pass up a good look for him to find an even better look for the team with an open teammate.

Jeremiah Haserlig - Centennial

After missing last season, Haserlig has quickly made his mark on a Centennial team that is truly his to run this season as they enter a new era of transition. He's got a long wingspan for the position and he uses that length and skill to get baskets in flurries. Haserlig is a true three-level scorer as he will finish with force at the rim or stop on a dime and pull up in the mid-range on a defender who may have a hand in his face.

But his three point shooting is the true mark of his game that shows his upside as he shows the ability to extend beyond the line comfortably and knock down shots. With a tight handle and speed he's a force on the court and will be one of the senior stars in the 5A conference this year.
