A dynamic transition scoring option, Kamari Friend consistently converted high-percentage looks and even delivered a stretch where he caught fire by knocking down three trailing three-pointers on consecutive possessions. Friend's transition stop-and-pop three-ball was crucial, hopping cleanly into his footwork before rising with a smooth follow-through. Defenders who gave him even a cushion of space were punished immediately, while those who crowded him were blown by with explosive acceleration.
