2028 Sleepers From Under Armour July Events

With the summer live recruiting periods now complete, we take a look back at some of the undervalued prospects we evaluated at the UAA and UA Rise sessions in Atlanta and Louisville. These two sessions of the Under Armour season offered an opportunity for a handful of Florida's top programs to compete on a national level. Here is a look at five rising junior prospects who are on the rise.    We watched Rhodes reach double figures on three separate occasions during the July live periods for [program_tooltip program_id='2076347' first='SOH' last='Elite']. The rising junior is a strong, athletic, aggressive wing who can score at all three levels. He continues to improve his ball handling and ability to create off the bounce. Rhodes plays with a high motor and toughness at both ends of the floor making him an intriguing two-way prospect in the 2028 recruiting class.     The rising junior is a floor general who can impact the game as both a scorer and facilitator. Arroyo is a reliable decision maker who has a high basketball IQ. He is a capable perimeter shot maker, a willing and accurate passer, and does an excellent job changing speeds with the ball in his hands. Arroyo is trending up in the 2028 recruiting class.     Clark was the [program_tooltip program_id='2799557' first='Mighty' last='Titans']' top perimeter shot maker during the first July live recruiting period in Atlanta. He is an efficient shooter with excellent footwork, consistent shot preparation, and the ability to knock down shots from beyond the arc. He shot better than 50% from distance in two evaluations. The rising junior has a good feel for the game and is capable of serving as a secondary ball handler. Expect Clark to be in our upcoming updated 2028 player rankings.     Gray was a versatile contributor for [program_tooltip program_id='2076150' first='TNBA' last='South'] impacting the game in a variety of ways. the rising junior has glue guy characteristics and is a capable open perimeter shooter and competes on every possession. Expect Gray to have a much bigger role for a talented CFCA team next season.     The lead guard for SWFL Hoops' 16u team, DiPietro is a skilled, smart lead guard with a good command of the basketball. He can get downhill and is a creative finisher in the paint. The rising junior is also a solid open shot maker from beyond the arc. In a talented 2028 recruiting class, expect this point guard to continue to track up.
