2027 Prospects who could still be Undervalued

There's always a lot of digital ink spilled on prospects for their accomplishments on the court. But sometimes the ranking system's numbers next to the name aspects, or even the collegiate offer list doesn't always match up. Here's a look at a group of Oklahoma seniors who fit that mold and are deserving of another look.    Moore's motor was running hot when watched in June, as he made plays on both ends of the court. Looked more comfortable and capable when going coast to coast off turnovers and rebounds. Along with slashing in the halfcourt. Appears to be stacking the days to turn from an undersized post with good bounce, to a dynamic wing. It's very intriguing as his true ceiling hasn't even came close to being realized. Making him a very interesting target for regional JuCo programs.     Chaves has always excelled as an example of a player who knows his strengths, and plays to them. He's a bouncy, quick twitch athlete, with long arms. Allowing him to play much taller than his height around the rim. Leading to valuable rebounds and big time highlights with alley oops.   The defensive end is where his mindset and gifts really shine. Capable of covering multiple positions, he can hound guards and battle against taller wings and forwards. Long term, shooting improvement will be a key. But his athletic profile and high motor playing style makes him a player who likely is undervalued for the sheer impact he brings to both ends of the floor.     A quick and tough minded lead guard, Nichols has been grinding under the radar in the 918. Has a legit pop to his game as an driver, with good bounce and toughness for big time hang time acrobatic finishes. And even the occasional dunk when given a clear lane. Good handles compliment his ability to get downhill. Expect him to run the show as a scorer and smart decision making for his program, the Memorial Chargers.     Chatman has long had a good rep as a shooter, with a solid feel for the game. Over the last 18 months, he's worked hard to trim up his body. Now he's a physical guard who is a few steps quicker. Which allows him to often be in the right place and right time for "stocks" on defense and to battle against taller players. Also leverages his strength to play at his own pace and find ways to score at the rim and in the mid-range.     His willingness to rebound is a great compliment to his knockdown shooting ability. And helps paves more pathways to him playing collegiate basketball. Now he will be expected to carry over quality summer production to being the main man for Bethany. As the Bronchos look to make back to back Class 4A State Tournament appearances.
