Since joining [program_tooltip program_id='2076562' first='Alabama' last='Fusion'], his recruitment and national visibility have taken another step forward as college coaches and national evaluators continue to take notice. The athletic wing possesses excellent positional size, length, and versatility, making him an intriguing prospect with tremendous upside. Offensively, He is a multi-level scorer who can hurt defenses from all three levels. While he has shown the ability to knock down perimeter shots, he is at his best when attacking open space. His explosiveness, strides, and ability to hunt driving lanes allow him to consistently put pressure on the rim. Defensively, his athleticism and length enable him to guard multiple positions while creating deflections and impacting plays at the rim. Every time you watch him, it feels like another piece of his game has improved, and his ceiling continues to climb.

[player_tooltip player_id='2194652' first='Khalil' last='Luster'] (6'8/F|C/2028/Red Bay HS)

IG: khalil_oneal

Anyone who has followed Alabama grassroots basketball over the past year knew Khalil's climb up the rankings was only a matter of time. Since last August, he has consistently produced wherever he has played, leaving his mark at camps, showcases, AAU events, and throughout an outstanding high school season. He has developed into one of the most versatile frontcourt players in Alabama. His combination of size, skill, and mobility creates difficult matchup problems for opposing defenses. He can score in a variety of ways, whether operating around the basket, facing up from the mid-post, or stepping away from the rim. His rebounding ability continues to improve as he controls the glass on both ends of the floor, while his length allows him to alter shots defensively. What separates Khalil is the steady progression of his overall game. He continues to add new layers to his offensive arsenal, and his consistency has made him one of the state's premier rising big men.

[player_tooltip player_id='2892687' first='Jake' last='Cloud'] (6'0/CG/2028/Section)

IG: Jakecloud3

Jake has become one of the hottest names in Alabama basketball over the last several months, and rightfully so. He has delivered big performances while leading Section on its memorable postseason run to the Final Four. I have highlighted Jake in several recent articles, including my Sniper School feature, and each viewing continues to reinforce just how complete his offensive game has become. He is a true three-level scorer who makes difficult shots look routine. Whether knocking down shots from deep, creating in the mid-range, or attacking all the way to the rim, Jake keeps defenders constantly guessing.

[player_tooltip player_id='2194716' first='Tre' last='Pittman'] (6'3/CG/2028/Pelham HS)

IG: Tp3.tre_day

Tre continues to trend upward after another impressive spring and summer of basketball. One of the biggest improvements in his game has been his maturity as a lead guard. The game appears to have slowed down for him, allowing him to make better decisions while effectively balancing scoring and facilitating. He has become much more assertive offensively, consistently attacking opportunities rather than waiting for them to develop. His confidence as a playmaker has grown, and his efficiency from beyond the three-point line continues to improve with each evaluation. Even while dealing with a hand injury earlier this month, he still displayed the leadership qualities that make him the heartbeat of Pelham's basketball program.

[player_tooltip player_id='2748353' first='Graham' last='Gossett'] (6'3/SG/2028/Huntsville HS)

IG: grahamgossett.55

X: @Graham_Gossett_

Few players in Alabama have seen their stock soar quite like Graham. In many ways, he has become this year's version of [player_tooltip player_id='2194652' first='Khalil' last='Luster'], a prospect whose steady improvement has quickly turned into one of the state's biggest breakout stories. Graham has evolved into one of Alabama's smoothest and most polished offensive players. His ability to create his own shot, score at all three levels, and make plays for teammates has elevated him into one of the most dangerous offensive weapons in the 2028 class. He plays with tremendous pace, confidence, and efficiency, rarely forcing the action while consistently making the right basketball play. Every evaluation seems to reveal another improvement in his game. Whether it is shot creation, playmaking, or overall scoring efficiency, he continues to trend upward. If he maintains this trajectory throughout the upcoming season, don't be surprised if his ranking continues to skyrocket. His ceiling is significantly higher than many people initially projected.

[player_tooltip player_id='2194647' first='Tylan' last='Pace'] (5'8/PG/2028/Bob Jones)

IG: iam_ty_pace

Ty continues to establish himself as one of the top pure point guards in Alabama's 2028 class. While others may fill up the scoring column, he impacts winning by controlling the flow of the game and making everyone around him better. His feel for the position is one of his greatest strengths. He understands tempo, directs teammates into the right spots, and consistently makes the correct read. He plays with the mindset of a coach on the floor, executing the offense while recognizing where the basketball needs to go on nearly every possession. His basketball IQ, court vision, and willingness to facilitate allow offenses to operate efficiently, while his growing confidence as a scorer keeps defenses honest. As he continues adding strength and expanding his offensive arsenal, expect his stock to continue climbing. True lead guards with his level of decision-making and floor leadership are becoming increasingly difficult to find.

Months of consistent production, breakout performances on the grassroots circuit, and continued development have paid off as these players continue to elevate their stock.
