Top Performing Forwards/Wings Breakdown at the Heat Wave
There were many skilled forwards and wings at the Heat Wave, and once again it was challenging to pinpoint the key performers. I'm looking forward to monitoring their progress moving forward.
Charlie McElrooy | LI Level Up - He's was reliable lefty who is willing to do anything to win. Whether it's rebounding, guarding multiple positions, or knocking down a key shot, he'll get it done. His motor and toughness allow him to impact games in multiple ways.
D'Andre Lemard | LI Level Up - Lemard consistently finished in the paint. He showed the ability to catch in traffic and convert tough layups. He had very good hands, securing every pass that came his way. He rebounded well and kept plays alive.
Jayden Ostrander | LI Level Up - Jayden finished well in the paint and stepped outside to knock down a jumper from the free throw line. He rebounded well on both ends and secured boards in traffic. Defensively, he was solid, controlling the middle as a shot blocker.

| NSA - He showcased his versatility and upside. He used his strength to be effective in the paint, and he stepped outside to connect on multiple jump shots, including ones beyond the arc. Over the next few years, I'm interested in seeing how he continues to grow physically and develop his overall game.
Lucas Miller | East Coast Elite - Lucas played hard from start to finish. He was all over the court, guarding multiple positions effectively. He used his strength and athleticism to defend and finish consistently. He also had one of the best blocks of the weekend.
