On May 31-June 2nd I attended the annual Pangos All-American Camp at Bishop Gorman HS in Las Vegas. There were around 100 players from all over the country competing in front of scouts like myself and NBA personnel trying to get on some of the future NBA draft boards. Many Arizona players came out to compete and did quite well. 9 players made an all-star game with three making the Top-30 Cream of the Crop game and six making the Top-60 game.

A taller power forward who moves well. He can score it from inside and out. He is a high level athlete who can rip baseline and throw it down way above the rim He will euro step and he is quicker then most other bigs to get by them. He will maneuver inside with up and unders, step thrus, drop steps and shoot it from mid to the three point line. He will also blocks shots as he was top-20 in that category.

[player_tooltip player_id='2574805' first='Jaeden' last='Mahendrarajah'] Bella Vista Prep

A very skilled guard who can play on or off the ball. He smartly plays the passing lanes to collect steals and will drive the lane to score inside but he is a shooter. He will rattle in mid-range jumpers and catch and shoot triples one by one and can get hot. He was also top-25 in assists making some plays and 20th in steals.

[player_tooltip player_id='2173760' first='Keaundre' last='Morris'] Dream City Christian

A true combo guard who can play either backcourt spot. He is a better passer then he gets credited with and he will score it easily. He will dunk it on the break, shoot it with pull-ups from mid-range, threes off the dribble or catch and drive it inside. He was also top-10 in steals.

[player_tooltip player_id='2295693' first='Maddox' last='Lazor'] Basha

A strong framed post player who is starting to take his game outside. He will still rip thru after a ball fake and score with and-1's using his strong build. He will crop hop into a score, catch a lob dunk, run the floor and now hit threes off the catch. He will grab out of are rebounds as he was top-10 in rebounding and he is a very good passer with phenomenal timing. He was 21st best, which was #1 post player in the camp.

[player_tooltip player_id='3027281' first='Rafa' last='Corta'] Bella Vista Prep

A tall and longer face-up four man is your classic inside and out threat. He can score it around the hoop with put backs and occasional layups in traffic but loves facing up from mid-range and he will hit the three off the catch. Once he gets stronger, he will be a tougher cover.

[player_tooltip player_id='2639549' first='Mamadou' last='Issa Sow'] Bella Vista Prep

The big sophomore made the top-30 game and throws his live body around the court. He was 6th best in blocks challenging all oncoming players near him and he cover a lot of ground to defend in space. He will pull-up from the three and and score with offensive rebound put backs and dunks. He was also top-20 in steals.

Zion Green PF 6'9 2027 AZ Compass Prep? (Camden/NJ)

A potential transfer later in the summer is a big face-up power forward. He will shoot it from mid to the three point line with high skill level. He will also work inside with spin moves, dunks and he will rebound and block shots plus close out to shooters. If he did come, he will add an important piece to an already talented group.
