Rayville's highly successful showing at the event was largely due to the dominant interior presence of Jenkins. He was a force on the glass, contesting every single rebound on both ends of the floor and utilizing a incredibly soft touch to convert put-back opportunities. Jenkins has the potential to be the defensive anchor Rayville needs to return to their historic Top 28 glory.

Henry was the talk of the camp for a number of reasons. He is a long player, looking to be close to 6'6, but when he started to impose his will in the paint on the defensive side of the ball, most of us expected the same style to carry on to the other end. That was not the case. Henry showed a smooth stroke from beyond the arc, and he kept knocking down shots. He is a rim protector, but the bright side of his game is the skill he possesses at his length. He is has the potential to be the next big name in the city, and coaches will be lining up to watch his development.

Mason is not the same player that he was a year ago. He has added confidence, more basketball understanding and a complete awareness of his abilities. Mason is a big dude. At 6'7 220 plus, when he gets his feet set in the paint, he is going to finish with a dunk. He is a true athlete, running the floor with ease and demonstrating speed from end to end. He is a traditional big and one of the best in the state. Look for Mason to turn some heads this summer and beyond, and shake up the next round of rankings. North La has added another big man to the prospect board.

Ardoin comes in as a player that a lot of people have not seen, but after this weekend, he is one to watch. He is a long post player that shows flashes of wing abilities. He was the anchor for a tough Mamou team last season that made it to the state championship game. He is steady going to the rim, and can put the ball on the floor and get to his spots and knock down mid range shots. He is also a willing rim protector. The upside is high on Ardoin, and coaches need to get in on him early.

Durant was one of the most impressive Bigs in the gym for the event. He has great size with visible muscle on his lengthy frame. He is a beast around the rim and understands that he is not the focal point of the offense. BUT. When the ball goes through him, he has a bag. Most impressive is his ability to step out and knock down mid-range shots. He embraces the physical part of the game and will not be intimidated. He is calm in the paint and finishes through contact easily. He is a big-time player and a next level prospect for sure.
