Prep Hoops Missouri got a sneak peek at the future by taking a look at some Class of 2030 forwards from Missouri at last weekend's Show Me Showdown in Chesterfield

Andrew Haker ([program_tooltip program_id='2210626' first='Mavericks' last='Basketball Center']): A 6'5" forward who is an excellent young prospect who is headed to Parkway South. He has athleticism, a strong motor and a versatile skill set. You could tell him was an impact player because he was seeing double teams from the beginning of the game. He has quick moves and footwork to score in the post. He was also scoring on tough drives and coast to coast forays off his defensive rebounds. He also knocked down a catch and shoot 3-pointer.

Myron Deal (COMO-TNT 15U): A 6'2" forward from Hannibal who had an impressive game when I watched him on Sunday afternoon. He had a quick moves in the post and he was a smooth finisher inside. He is also a versatile player was pushing the ball in transition and dropping some nice dimes on the break. He has a solid body and he has a very nice feel for the game.

[player_tooltip player_id='3632136' first='Walter' last='Niermann'] (Gateway Knights-Bertucci): A 6'3" forward who is a good worker and has a lot of success with his activity with and without the ball. He was constantly moving in the offense and running the court well in transition. He was very good at ripping through and scoring on the drive going to his left. He is headed to SLUH.

Nathan Francis (Gateway Knights-Brueg): A 6'4" forward from Washington who is strong and can play a physical game around the basket. He sets solid screens and he is a good finisher in the paint. He also runs the court well in transition.

Brandon President (COMO-TNT 15U): A 6'0" forward from Columbia who is an undersized post player who can really excel in the paint. He can really handle himself against much taller players inside because he is strong with good footwork and very crafty moves in the paint. He uses head and shoulder fakes well, draws contact and can also score with a soft touch. He's very impressive for such a young player.

[player_tooltip player_id='3033220' first='Owen' last='Yates'] (Gateway Knights Bertucci): A 6'3" forward from Lafayette who has good length and athleticism. When he attacked on the drive, he covered a lot of ground with that long stride of his. He is a good rebounder and he ran the court easily to score in transition.

Wes McRae (Gateway Knights Bertucci): A 6'3" forward from Lindbergh who was one of the best players that I watched at cutting and moving without the ball during the weekend. He got numerous layups off his good cutting in the game that I watched. He could also hit the Corner 3-pointer off the catch. He is another good athlete with length and mobility.
