He uses his tall frame to rise effortlessly over opponents and deliver his attack. His arsenal features pro-level moves, allowing him to consistently break down defenders. With elite court vision, he always makes the correct pass, landing him in the top 10 for E16 total assists. He spent this year backing up Miles Sadler, but look for a massive jump heading into next season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2758274' first='Mateen' last='Cleaves Jr'] Dream City Christian Oakland Soldiers:</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The guard is having an absolute breakout summer, consistently finding his spots to manufacture offense. With a D1-ready frame, he actively punishes defenders on every possession. He shows elite versatility, taking a smaller mismatch straight into the paint. On the flip side, he uses his full arsenal when matched up against a bigger opponent. He plays extremely hard and is an impressive rebounder for his size. Mateen will continue to dominate and work hard throughout the summer.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2966962' first='Settimo' last='Yugo'] Bella Vista Prep UPlay EYBL:</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The lengthy forward has become an absolute problem for opposing teams this summer. Settimo rebounds well for his size on both sides of the ball. He has a soft touch and finishes well around the rim, and has a nice jumper as well. He continues to be a key contributor to the UPlay 16u team as they are 8-0 so far.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2249943' first='Lleyton' last='Leonard'] Basha Oakland Soldiers:</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Lleyton has made some exponential strides this summer. His jumper continues to get better every time I watch him play. He continues to play with great physicality and strength. He is an exceptional rebounder for his position and size. When attacking downhill, he absorbs contact and finishes at the cup with serious power. He is one to continue to watch out for as the years progress.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2370259' first='Terry' last='McKinney III'] Millennium EYBL Vegas Elite: </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>McKinney has absolutely dominated this summer, leading his Vegas Elite 16u squad in scoring, rebounding, and steals. He dunks the ball every chance he gets. He moves great without the ball, so he can get to his spots. He flies over the top of defenders in order to get rebounds. As he continues to put in the work, this explosive prospect will only expand his already impressive repertoire.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='3027281' first='Rafa' last='Corta'] Bella Vista Prep [program_tooltip program_id='2271105' first='Arizona' last='Unity EYBL']:</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Rafa continues to dominate the competition, proving that he belongs. Another Bella Vista wing has been a spark for his squad. He displays a soft touch around the rim. He runs great in transition and fills the lane in transition. He gets rebounds well and is averaging 8 a game. Rafa will continue to improve and get stronger as he looks to make a big impact in July.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
