The PNW Spring Classic took place this past weekend at Clackamas Community College and we had the opportunity to drop by on Sunday to watch some of the action, at each of the 17U, 16U, and 15U levels. Here's a quick look at some of the top performers we saw from the Class of 2028.

Plenty of energy on both ends from Brazile. The Beaverton sophomore swingman showed no fear getting to the basket, absorbing all sorts of contact. Some hard work on the boards too, finishing with a 12-point, 10-rebound double-double for [program_tooltip program_id='2248856' first='Players' last='Only'] in a win. In general, one of the highest motors we saw out of anyone on the day.

Some sweet shooting from Ahmed in the [program_tooltip program_id='2248856' first='Players' last='Only'] 16U action we saw on Sunday at the PNW Spring Classic. The Beaverton sophomore mostly did his damage in the mid-range on in but hit a clutch 3 to help the team secure their lead late. He finished with 12 points and was also a factor on the boards, using his length to grab 9 rebounds.

When it comes to motor and effort leading to results, Loye simply gets it done. For the second weekend in a row, we kept on seeing the Lake Oswego sophomore make plays on both ends of the floor and his hustle leading to saved possessions, putback buckets, and forced turnovers.

Strong play in the post from Natwick for the Oregon Prespects 17U. Using his strong body to establish position and footwork to create, the La Salle sophomore got it done on the block but also stepped outside to hit some nice looking face up jumpers. He was solid on the board and held his ground defensively as well.

We only got a few moments here and there to catch Fly Select's 16U squad but when we did, it seemed like Gates was getting a bucket. So when the final tally for the Estacada sophomore indicated he had 30 points - one of the highest point totals on Sunday - it wasn't a shocker. The combo guard can both shoot and score - he ended up averaging over 20 points on the weekend - and will be someone we will be keeping a close eye on going forward.
